In contrast to its indigo sibling next door, this seaside apartment unfolds in shades of Orénoque.
Designed for the same client, the larger retreat embraces a palette inspired by Ressource’s l'Orénoque — a hue recalling the Venezuelan Orinoco River, where green drifts into khaki. The apartment’s lateral sea view draws daylight deep into the interior, while soft curves and sightlines create a gentle continuity between living, dining and kitchen spaces.
Color becomes the architecture’s calm anchor.
Applied to ceilings and cabinetry, Orénoque lends the space a tactile, enveloping serenity that balances the mineral floor and warm wood accents. With three bedrooms and two bathrooms, the layout is tailored for quiet family moments by the coast. Rather than relying on a central island, this project finds its focus in atmosphere — a tranquil dialogue between architecture, color and the ever-changing horizon.
